Diamante Poem

 DIAMANTE POEM

Diamante Poem is a poem in a shape of diamond, which was first created by Iris McClellan.
Diamante poem has to be written in the shape below:

              Noun
            Adj, Adj
      Verb, Verb, Verb
Noun, Noun, Noun, Noun              It really looks like a diamond!
      Verb, Verb, Verb
            Adj, Adj
              Noun

There are 2 kinds of diamante poem. One is SYNONYM, and one is ANTONYM.

SYNONYM
If I choose synonym, nouns which is on the top and bottom should have similar meanings.
ex) Monster -> Creature, Television -> Radio

ANTONYM
If I choose antonym, nouns which is on the top and bottom should have opposite meanings.
ex) Cat -> Dog, Summer -> Winter

Now, let me start my own ones!

SYNONYM

GLPS
Helpful, Tough
Studying, Working, Learning
School, English, Dormitory, Leadership
Speaking, Presenting, Achieving
Educational, Effective
KMLA

   민족사관고등학교

Did you enjoy it? I thought that it will be nice if I describe this camp and this school with diamante poem. Now, let's see the other one!

ANTONYM
Topic : Countryside & City

Countryside
Peaceful, Slow
Cultivating, Farming, Resting
People, Society,  life, Circulation
Working, Selling, Developing
Noisy, Busy
City

I wanted to compare two regions that people are living. I think it was not that bad!

These were my 2 diamante poems that I made it myself.
When I first heard we are going to write a poetry, I was really surprised and thought it must be a hard work. However, It was a quite fun work and it stimulated my creativity!
By the way, I did my best to write them. I hope you like them!
